This project redesigns an existing application store associates use to help customers checkout. I began with an audit to uncover all of the cart functionality, and I then mapped out the journey associates take during a typical customer engagement. I reorganized and optimized the use cases to better suit the associates' needs. Basic enhancements include easy access to customer and customer information, a more streamlined approach for cart actions such as starting a return, and a clear but robust totals drawer to help explain transaction discounts and price totals.
